All Furniture Giant products are delivered professionally by our dedicated delivery team. Delivery is available directly to your door; however, free delivery is no longer offered. Delivery charges will apply based on your location and the size of your order.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times vary based on your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows (business days):
- Shipping Zone 1: GTA (Toronto, Mississauga, Scarborough, Etobicoke, North York, Peel, Brampton, Milton, Markham, Oakville) – 48 hours to 6 days
- Shipping Zone 2: Burlington, Hamilton, Kitchener, St. Catharines, Niagara Falls, Barrie, Newmarket, Richmond Hill, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, Newcastle – 4 to 9 days
- Shipping Zone 3: Port Hope, Cobourg, Belleville, Kingston, Ottawa, Montreal, Laval, and surrounding areas – 7 to 10 days
Please note that these are reliable estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery windows are typically weekdays from 9 am to 9 pm. Weekend and evening deliveries in the GTA can be arranged by special request.
Furniture Giant is not responsible for deliveries that cannot be placed inside the home due to narrow entrances. In such cases, we reserve the right to leave the merchandise outside the customer’s premises.

Shipping fees are based on your delivery location and are as follows:
- Ajax, ON: $150.00 CAD
- Barrie, ON: $250.00 CAD
- Newmarket, ON: $150.00 CAD
- Hamilton, ON: $100.00 CAD
- Oakville, ON: $100.00 CAD
- Grimsby, ON: $150.00 CAD
- GTA (Greater Toronto Area): $80.00 CAD
- Pickering, ON: $120.00 CAD
- Oshawa, ON: $180.00 CAD
- Bradford, ON: $150.00 CAD
- Brantford, ON: $150.00 CAD
- Cambridge, ON: $150.00 CAD
- Niagara, Saint Catharines, Thorold, Welland, ON: $200.00 CAD
- Whitby, ON: $150.00 CAD
- Guelph, ON: $100.00 CAD
- Alliston, ON: $200.00 CAD

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary based on your location and will typically range from 48 hours to 10 business days. Estimated delivery times will be provided when your order is confirmed.
Important Information
Delivery Limitations: Please ensure that your entrance is wide enough to accommodate the delivery of your furniture. Furniture Giant is not responsible for deliveries that cannot be completed due to narrow entrances. If delivery cannot be completed inside your home, our team reserves the right to leave the merchandise outside your premises.
Additional Charges: If a revisit to your home is required after the initial delivery due to any issues, a $200.00 CAD fee will apply.
Inspection: We strongly advise customers to inspect their items upon delivery. Any damages should be reported within 3 days of receipt. We will replace damaged parts or offer a full replacement if necessary.
